Builder Takeoffs is a full-service outsourcing company for general contractors, subcontractors, architects, material suppliers and more.  We provide estimates and material takeoff quantities derived from blueprints for both residential and commercial projects.  We also have simple, easy to use estimating templates available for sale.  If our pre-made templates do not suite your needs, we can also create a custom estimating template specifically for your needs.  Read more about our estimating templates on the "how it works" page above.  We have experience in commercial construction including studs, drywall, structural steel, concrete, masonry, etc. and all phases of residential construction.  We are available for long-term consistent work or short term fill-in work as needed.  If you hit busy season and just do not have enough help or time to get all those quotes out, let us help!  We have great rates and provide a professional takeoff package specifically for your project.
