How It Works
Estimating templates:
We have pre-made estimating templates and can also custom design an estimating system specifically for your needs. Our templates are all based in Excel and are very simple and quick to use. These are a cost efficient answer to expensive, elaborate and confusing estimating programs that can sometimes cost thousands of dollars. Our basic templates start at $150. Takeoffs:
Builder Takeoffs can work from an electronic file of your plans, a website posting of the plans or from the original hard copies. For local customers, we offer a free pick-up and delivery service. Whether you only need two items or the entire project, we will be happy to provide you with either. No job too small! Our pricing structure is set up to where we can price each item individually if necessary. Here’s how to start:
- Email or call us and let us know what your needs are.
- Send us your blueprints and construction specifications either way you prefer.
- Once we receive them, we will then provide a free quote for your project and a timeframe on when your package will be complete.
- At completion, we will send you your package electronically, fax or deliver locally in person. Payment can be made by check or credit card, whatever is easier for you.
